During the 2 months of renovation, Gary was meticulous and highly responsive to our enquiries. The process was filled with interactions and we could feel his passion to discuss and problem solved all matter be it trivial or difficult diligently and patiently. He is very consistent and carry out the process with high standards and always recommend the most cost effective ways to us. He impressed with his service and professionalism. We were handheld like a new born and he is very willing to feed us all his years of knowledge.

Both Hui Ting and Gary are very good at changing your home layout in a legit and approved way to make it more functional and they spend a lot of time to give our home a unique design. Not only that, they hand-held us with our defect inspection with the developer and solve all the tricky engineering issues before the renovation take place. This give us a peace of mind.

My wife and i spent about a year looking for ID to renovate our house. We had shortlisted a few before our friend recommended Ark Interior to us. We were skeptical at first as we did not find a lot of portfolio about the firm. But Gary and Hui Ting changed our mind about the company after meeting them twice. Firstly, they spent a lot of time listening to us, secondly, they spent a lot of time brainstorming with us during the design options, thirdly, they never run out of ideas to resolve any issues through the renovation process, last but not least, we enjoy the whole renovation process. My wife and I would like to thank Huiting and Ark Interior for their great effort in making our dream home come true. We made a lot of changes along the way, but Huiting had been very patient and accommodating to our request. She also provided professional advice and suggestive comments which saved us quite a lot of money. The quality of work is excellent! All our request for final touch up was attended by her and rectified quickly. We are grateful for this as we heard from a few friends that their ID is not prompt in the rectification after the hand over. We will definitely recommend ark interior to our friends!

We found Hui Ting and Ark Interior through Qanvast and were happy we made the right choice. Hui Ting was very patient throughout the whole process, especially with our very complicated technical specifications on data cable wiring We also wanted a design that did not look like the many that we have seen on pictures and Hui Ting achieved that! She was also able to provide suggestions and highlight pitfalls so that we don't end up with impractical areas, and creatively created more storage space than we envisioned we could possibly have. And thanks for managing to keep my piano in the living area despite the limited space

Very detailed, and professional checks are done on my BTO at Punggol Topaz, didn't realized there are so many defects in my unit, luckily only a handful of critical ones. Highly recommended if you want your BTO unit to be checked!
