Gary Koh, our Technical Director and Lead Defects Inspector, will be leading the session. With over 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, Gary is the ex-founder of Ark Interior, which specialised in professional property inspections and a strong specialisation in TOP defects checks, on top of architectural and engineering consultancy services.
A qualified civil and structural engineer and a senior member of Institute Engineer of Singapore (IES), Gary has worked with major organisations such as BCA, HDB, CPG Corporation, and various private developers. His extensive portfolio spans across HDB flats, condominiums, landed homes, commercial buildings, MRT stations, reservoirs, and even overseas township planning.
Having operated from both regulatory and developer perspectives, Gary offers property agents a rare behind-the-scenes understanding of what truly matters during inspections. His structured, professional approach has helped train many agents and homeowners to conduct defects inspections with clarity and confidence.
